To cancel an appointment please email or text me 24 hours in advance of your scheduled appointment. For cancelations under 24 hours there is a half price of the massage session fee and for cancelations under 12 hours you are responsible for the full price of your session. Medical and health emergencies are exempt and taken on a individual basis.

Misconduct of any kind will not be tolerated and you will be reported to NC Massage governing boards and the local police.

It is your responsibility to keep and make your appointment. If you miss an appointment, you will have to pay full price for your missed appointment and pre-pay for you next one before you book again. I have automated text and email reminders but need to make sure you have entered your contact information correctly and that your email security isn't preventing emails from going to junk mail.

Please be punctual, you will always get your full table time if you are here five minutes before your scheduled appointment (ten minutes for new clients). If you are running late please text or call so I know you’re alright. This is your time slot that you scheduled but I won’t jeopardize another clients scheduled time for another’s ability to be timely.
